I honestly cannot stop raving about the amazing experience I had with the team at Puma & Associates Realty. I had heard horror stories from friends who used other realtors… however, as soon as I had my first conversation with Connie Burrow, I knew it was a great fit. As a young first time  home buyer, the thought of purchasing your first home is a little intimidating but she made it so easy. My father even came to town once to meet Connie, check out some homes, and make sure I was in good hands… he left so pleased knowing that I was being treated as good as if I were her own daughter. So much so, that when I had any questions he said “trust Connie’s judgement.” They literally make you feel like family and they look out for your best interest. Overall, the Puma team is “hands down” the best group of people to work with. They are the prime example of going above and beyond for clients and providing them with the best experience possible. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Connie, Kady, and Pamela (I’m telling you, they are a team!) and could not have asked for a better group of people on my side at the closing table. They are super professional, friendly, knowledgeable, responsive (I may have taken advantage of that a bit), and know how to negotiate and close! If you want a realty group that treats you like family and can exceed your expectations, this is it!!

Phil and his team are the absolute best in the business. They are extremely responsive, knowledgeable and professional. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Even though we were selling a small, low priced condo, we were treated like we were selling a million dollar home.
