Market Update from Phil Puma!

Hello Everyone!

I just wanted to send out a quick market update. All these facts are from the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association. Last year, over fifty thousand properties sold in our area which is a 5.9% increase from 2018. In December of last year, sales were up over 17% from the previous year. This growth is definitely continuing in 2020 as the home prices are continuing to increase. It is a strong seller’s market as inventory is super low. So, if you or anyone you know is looking to capitalize on this market, please let us know. Also, interest rates are continuing to be at an all time low so all around it is a great time to make a move.
