Connie built her career not climbing the “corporate ladder,” but helping others who needed to ascend on a “personal ladder” within the community. For more than 30 years, Connie gave freely of her time to every type of community organization you can think of – homeless women and children, domestic violence, Salvation Army, Rotary, Professional Football Hall of Fame, and the Art Institute, just to name a few. Her roles were varied: event planner, board president, fundraiser, sorter, public relations chair.
These combined experiences have made her the adaptable, organized, detail-oriented negotiator she is today. And real estate allows her to combine her humanitarian nature and business acumen. Think of all the skills required to effectively serve each of these distinctly different organizations. She is a jack of all trades, which is exactly what a buyers’ agent needs to be. She has the compassion and patience to work with you diligently until you find the right property, and can ebb and flow with any curve balls thrown in your direction. As an adept fundraiser, she is the skilled sales person you want by your side.
For pleasure, Connie enjoys spending time with her two adult daughters, grandson, traveling and spending time on the lake and outdoors. She also worked part-time for American Greetings as a merchandising associate so she traveled from Dilworth to Concord, giving her a competitive advantage of constantly seeing all areas of Charlotte. If something new is on the market, Connie will be the first to know!
