Shannon Jones

Shannon has been working at Puma since 2018 as part of our listing team and has recently transitioned into her role as a Closing Coordinator. Shannon says she never actually thought she would end up working in real estate but the circumstances of life led her here and she is loving the fast paced, ever changing environment. She is excited to learn more about “the other side” of real estate & looking forward to having more direct interaction with our clients. She enjoys assisting others and solving problems and is always here to help! She feels most accomplished when she has a made a difference in someone’s life that day, big or small.

Shannon comes from a background in higher education where she worked with international students & those interested in studying abroad. She loves to meet new people from different cultures, backgrounds & experiences and hear their stories. Although traveling the world would be ideal, she loves living in Charlotte with its diverse population.

Shannon earned her BA in Psychology and her MS in Information Design Technology, both from the State University of New York. Her and her husband Brandon both come from the same, small, central New York town and have two boys, Blaize & Nash and pets Tyus & Chili. She also fosters puppies and kittens so their home has a revolving door for the pets of Cabarrus county.
